Shipping (U.S. only)

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

• Orders ship via UPS or USPS and on occasion, FedEx. Processing time is 3–5 business days; weather and holiday volume in Jackson Hole may extend timelines.

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order departs our store/warehouse.

• If an item is marked preorder or backorder, the ship date is an estimate and may change—we’ll keep you updated.

Local Pick-Up — Jackson Hole

• At checkout, choose “Local Pick-Up.” We’ll email when your order is ready with pickup details.

• We’ll hold your order for 7 days from the ready-for-pickup email.

• Can’t make it in time? Contact us before purchase or reply to your pickup email—we’ll do our best to extend the window.

• If pickup doesn’t occur within 7 days and no extension is arranged, we’ll refund to the original form of payment.

Limited & Handmade Items

Many of our artist collaborations and limited pieces are crafted by hand. Natural variations in materials and finish are part of the character of these items. If you’d like more photos or details before purchasing, please reach out—we’re glad to help.

P.O Boxes

For PO Boxes, please address it with the physical address of the Post Office that houses your PO Box and add your box number as the second address line. For example, our Post Office in Wilson, WY has an address of 5606 W Hwy 22, Wilson, WY 83014. It would be typed in this way:

You can also just have it shipped to your physical street address at home or work.

International Orders

International rates are automatically calculated by USPS. The actual shipping carrier is FedEx International Connect Plus®.

Returns

We will gladly issue a refund or exchange for any Jackson Hole Pendleton purchase that you are not completely satisfied with, within 30 days of purchase. All that we ask is that the item has not been used (is new) and has all original packaging. The item must be FREE OF PET HAIR and other debris, and free of odors like cigarette smoke. If you are returning a blanket, please do not return it in the Pendleton blanket box as this damages the box. Put the box in a shipping carton the same way we shipped it to you.
